⚠️Delays through Whitchurch and Rhiwbina⚠️

Due to gas works in Whitchurch, there are delays during the daytime affecting routes travelling through Whitchurch. Additionally there are water works in Rhiwbina further affecting routes 21 and 23.

We are doing all we can to keep buses to operating to time - please use the live bus map to locate the progress of your bus.

⚠️ Severe Delays through Dinas Powys

Due to multiple significant roadwords in Dinas Powys, we're suffering significant delays with service 305 taking over an hour longer than usual per trip. We're putting additional vehicles and drivers in place to keep things moving, but journeys are significantly delayed on services 93 & 94 (as these share buses) and 305.

This is likely to ease around 1730 today (Fri 24th), however these delays are predicted to occur during the daytime on Monday (27th) and Tuesday (28th).

Bute Street Closure⚠️

🚌 Single Decker Bus on Skycar
Due to roadworks as part of the Cardiff Crossrail scheme, we're having to divert under a low bridge. Work is underway to make the diversion suitable for an open top bus, however a single decker bus will have to be used on Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th, Monday 27th July and Tuesday 28th July. If a single decker bus needs to be used for further days, we will share this as soon as possible.

A single decker bus will be in use on Tuesday 28th July.

⚠️ Greenway Close Bus Stop Closure

Due to roadworks, we are currently unable to serve Greenway Road in Dinas Powys

⚠️ Cornerswell Road and Dyserth Road, Penarth, inaccessible for buses

Dues to roadworks (gas mains) on Cornerswell Road service 305 will be unable to serve Cornerswell Road and Dyserth Road until further notice. Passengers are advised to use stops in Stanwell Road or Archer Road as the nearest alternatives.

⚠️ Kingsway Hilton Stop Closure

10th Jun 2026 onwards

Due to the current closure of Kingsway Hilton bus stop, services 11, 44, 45, 49 and 50 will instead call at Kingsway GR until further notice.

Change of stop for 44 and 45 services from Castle Street to Westgate Street KD

Due to roadworks on Castle Street, services 44 and 45 will no longer serve Castle Street stop KC and will instead relocate to Westgate Street calling at stop KD.

Penarth Station - Stop not in use
