What's on over the Bank Holiday Weekend.....

Skycar Open-Top Bus Ride
Civic Centre, City Centre and Cardiff Bay

Here’s a really fun way to get to see the sights of Cardiff and Cardiff Bay on our open top Skycar bus! You can hop on and hop off Skycar wherever you like, as often as you like, with an all-day ticket Skycar day ticket.  For a fast, frequent bus between the city centre and Cardiff Bay you can also try our baycar.

Hop on the bus to Mermaid Quay for a range of food & drink
options, a cinema and boat tours of the bay all a stone's throw away from Roald Dahl Plas where you can connect into the city and further afield on a wide variety of our services.

Bute Park

Stretching behind Cardiff Castle, Bute Park is the green heart of the city with a superb tree collection, natural play features, cafés, and a wealth of horticulture and wildlife.

Roath Park

One of Cardiff’s first public parks has kept its Victorian layout and has a superb tree and shrub collection, floral displays, adventure playground and the Roath Park Conservatory.  

Cosmeston Lakes Country Park and Medieval Village

Cosmeston has a variety of habitats covering over 100 hectares of land and water, some areas designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest protecting the rare and diverse plant and animal species. 

St. Davids Shopping

You want it - they've got it! St David's is the largest shopping centre in the city centre, and has a huge variety of stores to browse, as well as a mouthwatering selection of food & drink options. All located centrally near Cardiff Market and the arcades full of independent traders ever shopaholic is sure to find something to tickle their fancy.

Tredegar House and Park

This 17th Century red brick mansion stands testament to the dark arts and flamboyant history that's unfolded within. With walled gardens, formal lawns, and a special mineral garden in the orangery this property has all the usual National Trust charm alongside the fascinating tales inside the house.
