iff card renewal

7 months ago Mon 18th Nov 2019

We’re issuing new iff cards to our customers.

iff cards issued before September 2019 will expire at the end of service on December the 31st and will not be recognised by our ticket machines after this date.  Any unused tickets on these iff cards will also expire, so please make sure you use them before this time.  If you have purchased an annual pass, please bring your new card into one of out customer service centres so we can transfer your ticket.

How do I get my new card?

Direct debit and regular users
Direct debit customers and those who have used their card within the last 6 months, will automatically be sent a replacement card in the post.  If you have recently moved house and haven’t updated your details with us, please do this as soon as possible to avoid cards being sent to the wrong address.

Your new iff card will be blank and you can start loading your ticket and using it straight away.  Please use any tickets purchased on your old card first.  If you purchased an annual ticket that expires after the 31st of December, pop in to our customer service centres with your new card and we will transfer the ticket for you.  Find out more about the tickets available to iff card holders here

Once you’ve received your new iff card and started using it successfully, please destroy and dispose of your old card responsibly.

If you haven’t received your card by 16/12/2019 please visit us at either our travel centre on Westgate Street or our offices at Sloper Road.  View our opening hours here.
